18 USC § 4 - Misprision of felony: Whoever, having knowledge of the actual commission of a felony cognizable by a court of the United States, conceals and does not as soon as possible make known the same to some judge or other person in civil or military authority under the United States, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
In my opinion, this means that every judge and government employee who is given knowledge of a felony and does not report it should be found guilty of this felony crime. I believe this makes just about every judge in America guilty of many counts of
this felony.

GLENN COUNTY FORECLOSURE
According to Glenn County Assistant Assessor, there have been 665 properties foreclosed upon here in Glenn County between 2008 and 2010. Now in 2012 that number continues to climb at an alarming rate.
The Wolf is at the Door is a well known feeling to many of our families here in Glenn County and over 6.6 million across the nation.
What is happening? Why is it happening?
It is not always a case of families simply not being able to make their monthly mortgage payments.

Apparently the Glenn County Judicial System has its own set of rules.
Through the time we spent at law libraries researching laws, procedures and statutes, in the Matthew Bender publications, online California Government sites, at internet help sites, on conference calls and talking with attorneys, we found, as you will, there are specific procedures and laws that must be followed when entering into contracts, (especially when there is real property involved). Laws that govern the proper procedure through initial lending, transfers of Deeds of Trusts, promissory notes, defaults, trustee sales and even the litigation process itself.
What we found is that property owners when challenging the legality of actions taken against them by lenders, trustees, banks etc. must act within the laws and procedures governing those actions. With a great deal of time and effort a homeowner can find the answers which help them in filing a complaint.
HOWEVER, there are also procedures and requirements set forth in law for the banks, mortgage lenders, trustees, beneficiaries, Title Companies, Notaries etc. which must be followed (at least that is what the law says), BUT these procedures and laws are not followed by the banks, mortgage lenders and their trustees, Title companies, Notaries AND they are NOT being mandated by the local judicial system to follow those laws and procedures.
Can someone, anyone, explain why? Why are these banks and financial institutions immune to our own state and federal laws right here in Glenn County?

We are currently trying to find out if the Judge's decision to dismiss the complaint against Deutsche Bank and 25 Does is Appealable. URGENCY DECLARED SENATE BILL 1137 approved by the Governor on July 8, 2008 is an act to add and repeal Sections 2923.5, 2923.6, 2924.8, and
2929.3 of the Civil Code, and to add and repeal Section 1161b of the
Code of Civil Procedure, relating to mortgages, and declaring the
urgency thereof, to take effect immediately.
This bill appears to have been the legislature's intent and attempt to protect homeowners in California and the communities in which they live.
Unfortunately SENATE BILL 1137 has no impact here in our local Glenn County. We must ask ourselves 'why'?.
Please make the time to read this bill and find how it not only should have been an element worthy of respect by the local Judicial System in this foreclosure case and most likely numerous other foreclosures but it also effects funding sources, revenue and a resource for local economic recovery here in Glenn County.
